...is what bwings us togevvew today.
Thus wrote my brother (and best man) on the inside of the card he gave me for my wedding yesterday.
I expected the big event to be a bit of a chore. I'm not a big fan of dressing up all fancy, nor of being the center of attention, nor of overdone ceremonies. However, as it turns out I had an absolute blast. It was honestly one of the most fun days of my life. As my oldest friend (and groomsman) Dan Baker said to me, "You should do this every year." If it weren't for all the work that went in to setting it up and, most importantly, the fact that I don't want to marry anybody else, I'd be tempted to agree.
I'd like to leave a public an sincere thanks to all of my friends and family who helped out to make everything come together. I can't imagine it having gone any smoother than it did.
Tonight we're in Disney World enjoying our honeymoon - so don't expect to hear much from me this week. But we have a brand new digital camera, so I'll probably post some spiffy pictures sometime next week to make up for it. :)
